On the bright side one of his main damage dealing skills is on a 0 SC so you can use that one even with an empty Stamina bar. Plus so many of his skills have some longer CDs and bad SCs which can be a problem due to him lacking any way to replenish his own Stamina Bar should he get low. He does have 2 setup skills which both can boost his dmg output and accuracy but they require a turn to set up of course, making them less valuable than just being able to deal immediate dmg.

While his dmg is good and isn't anything to be scoffed at, he very much struggles in the secondary effect department. Now if only those skills did anything else other than set Shock and Bleed. His numbers aren't really that bad by Attacker standards, hitting highs of 2 AoE 40s and both a Single 60 and a Single 70 so he's not lacking in skills that deal good dmg. Pig Kin is an alright albiet bland Abyssal Attacker who can hit pretty hard with both Thunder and Metal damage.
